NUR JIHAN RAMLI is a Psychology Officer at Jitra Industrial Training Institute, Department of Manpower. She is a 2018 graduate from the Faculty of Leadership and Management (FKP) in Counselling. Before graduating, she attended an interview at the Alumni and Career Centre, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) and secured a position as a Psychology Officer (Career) from October 2018 until December 2019. Throughout her service, she organized career preparation programs for students and graduate marketability programs for prospective graduates. In the meantime, she involved as the Secretary for MyCareer @ MOE program which was held for the first time in USIM. In addition, she was entrusted as the Leading Implementation Officer (Person Responsible) for USIM Strategic Plan 2019-2025 under the strategy to increase graduate marketability (Graduate Employability). Thanks to her effort and dedication, she successfully helped USIM to increase the marketability rate of graduates to 93.0% in 2019.
