Alumni Liaison Office which was established under the university in August 2010 and was upgraded to The Centre of Careers and Alumni on 1 January 2017 and serves as a liaison between alma mater (Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia), alumni and USIM Alumni Association. In general, The Centre of Careers and Alumni plays an important role in generating contributions in intellectual and physical form from alumni who have been in different employment sectors to university to improve the quality of student development.

Besides that, activities towards student development, especially final year students also conducted by the Alumni and Career Centre to prepare themselves for the future. The Centre of Carees and Alumni also supports the activities that carried out by the alumni and Alumni Association to strengthen the bond between USIM and the alma mater.

The Centre of Careers and Alumni expects support and contributions from alumni and the USIM Alumni Association in leading USIM towards a leading university, based on Islamic studies.
