DR. NISAR MOHAMMAD AHMAD is a graduate of Bachelor of Syariah and Judicial program with First Class Honours and received Anugerah Pelajaran Diraja dan Pingat Jaya Cemerlang during KUIM 3rd Convocation in 2000. He is also the former President of the Student Representative Council (MPPKUIM) for 2002/2003 and 2003/2004 sessions. He then furthered his studies in the United Kingdom and successfully obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) in 2007 and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Law, from the University of Exeter and the University of Leicester. Upon his return to Malaysia, he continued his studies at Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIAM) and successfully obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law in September 2015. Dr. Nisar currently serves as a senior lecturer at FSU, USIM since his appointment to the post in November 2015. In addition to his actual position as a lecturer, Dr. Nisar was given administrative duties as a Director of the USIM Alumni and Career Centre from 2016 to 2018.
